TERMS & CONDITIONS
Delivery
We undertake to despatch orders within three working days maximum from receipt and confirmation of your order. If this is not possible for some reason we will inform you via email and provide either a refund, or agree on a revised despatch date.
Colours & Fading
We use high grade papers and inks in the production process. However, we cannot guarantee that colours will precisely match those of the original discs. The originals themselves were subject to variations in colour and tone and, as with the originals, there will be some fading over time dependent on their level of exposure to UV sunlight and natural atmospheric gasses.
Fonts
Although we attempt to emulate original fonts wherever possible there may be some variation from these if the fonts are no longer available.
Data
The data shown on our “Tax Disc Info” pages are guides only and may contain inaccuracies. If it is critical for you to have verified data on your discs please validate this from the DVLA direct, or some other trusted source and inform us at the point of order. We regret that we are unable to carry out extensive data searches on our clients behalf and where clients have not provided certain elements of the disc’s specification (i.e. tax rate, stamp issuing office etc.) we will fill this in using our discretion.
Carriage charges
Unless otherwise agreed and paid for by the customer, our carriage prices will be based on standard second class postal prices within the UK, and standard airmail prices for non-UK customers.
Refunds & returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with any aspect of our product, or services, a full refund of the purchase price (excluding p&p charges) will be made once we receive the discs back. These should be returned by recorded/signed for delivery. No refund will be authorised where clients have specified the incorrect data.
Jurisdiction
English Law and the exclusive court jurisdiction of English courts will apply to all contracts. The Vienna Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods is excluded.
Consumer rights
Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms & conditions. (See Privacy Policy details below.)
